The exam was typically scored with maximum 50 Marks per section for a total of 200 Marks. There is no individual sectional cut off.
There is negative marking in SSC CHSL 2018 Tier 1 Exam. Giving a wrong answer to a question will lead to a penalty of 0.5 marks in all sections
Tier 2
An essay-250 words
Letter/application form-200 words
Language: English/Hindi
The minimum marks that a candidate needs to qualify SSC CHSL Tier-II are 33 per cent.
- The total time duration of the exam is of 60 minutes and total marks are 100 marks.
- All the questions are based on the concepts of 10th standard.
The total time duration is 80 minutes for candidates who are visually handicapped or suffer from cerebral palsy.
